The website www.lvhf.cz is a website operated for the purpose of presenting the Lednice|Valtice Music Festival and its partners. By subscribing to business messages, placing an order or browsing the www.lvhf.cz, you allow LVHF to use your personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
What information we collect
Depending on the character of the contract or the scope of the agreed services provided by LVHF we only process personal data as appropriate to the purpose of the processing, i.e. name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail, bank details (if applicable), ID, VAT ID, IP address, GoOut account password (enciphered) and the amount of the contribution (tickets payment, gifts). The www.lvhf.cz website uses cookies to improve the festival services and to adapt the offer to its customers.

Why do we need your personal data
a) We need your email and phone number to send the purchased e-ticket in PDF format to your e-mail address and to your mobile phone.
b) Thanks to access to the data in your client account in the GoOut system, we are able to maintain the quality of our customer services, assist you with the administration of your bookings as needed, invoice and send you tickets by courier services or electronically to your e-mail address and to your mobile phone.
c) Thanks to your email address or telephone number, we are able to inform you about unforeseen changes regarding the LVHF concerts (concert cancellations, changes of concert times or venues, etc.) and administrative changes (changes of address, contact details or bank details of LVHF, etc.). We are able to send you important notices, documents, printed materials and invitations to events (tickets, donation certificates for donor tickets, invoices, LVHF programme brochures and programme catalogues, etc.), either electronically or by post services.
d) By regular monthly electronic newsletters, we inform you about the latest offers and news regarding LVHF festival and its programme. For such services, we use the MailChimp system.
e) Thanks to the personal data provided, we can perform analysis of the www.lvhf.cz website traffic and your shopping habits to improve our website and speed up access according to your interests.
f) Furthermore, we use your personal data for the accounting and tax purposes and for providing services related to performance of contractual obligations.
How long we store your personal data
We process your personal data for the time which is strictly necessary for their purpose, and for five years from the expiry of the purpose and statutory reason for personal data processing, unless the law or any other applicable regulations prescribe a longer archiving period.
Whom the controller may provide your personal data (Personal data processors)
a) GoOut s.r.o., company registration number: 01901613, VAT number: CZ01901613, registered office: Mánesova 28, Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 84989 (hereinafter GoOut), which provides the ticketing services of LVHF and operates the ticketing services through the www.lvhf.cz, www.goout.net, or sites redirecting to www.goout.net, including the sales points. Personal data are collected and stored only in electronic form at a secured data storage site. Data transferred between your device and the Processor’s server are always coded in the SSL protocol.
b) MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, registered office: 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, GA 30308 Atlanta, USA), the marketing platform which sends business communications of LVHF (newsletters).

Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing
We believe that your prior experience with our organisation has established your trust and confidence that we handle your personal data conscientiously and that we never misuse them in business relations. However, if you wish, you have the right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time.
If you do not consent to the processing of data which you have so far provided to us as the controller, or which we as the controller process from a different source, please contact us immediately at prodej@lvhf.cz. State “GDPR” in the subject of your e-mail. Please note that data may not be deleted if their processing is necessary for the legal obligations fulfilment, acts performed in the public interest or the determination, exercise or defence of the LVHF legal claims.
You also have the right to inspect your personal data at any time and to request information about their processing, or request their rectification, update, erasure or blocking. If you are registered in the GoOut system at the time of your ticket purchase, you can administer your data directly in your customer account after you sign up.
